Ecotune MQB Fuel Line Upgrade The Ecotune MQB Fuel Line Upgrade replaces the restrictive OEM fuel lines running from the Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) to the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP). With a 25% larger bore diameter, these lines significantly improve fuel delivery and reduce the workload on the fuel pump controller, helping to support higher power outputs and more demanding tunes. The kit is built using stainless steel braided nitrile hose with a nylon over-braid for excellent durability and abrasion resistance. Black anodised aluminium AN-6 fittings and high-flow quick connectors complete a clean, well-engineered upgrade that delivers strong gains even when paired with the OEM low pressure pump. Not compatible with the 1.8 TSI Polo. Why Upgrade Your Fuel Lines? The factory fuel system on MQB platform vehicles has multiple restrictions that limit fuel flow under high demand. Replacing the engine bay lines provides a direct, less restrictive route from the LPFP to the HPFP. Please select carefully, as the parts supplied will only match your chosen option: Ecotune HPFP with AN6 Quick Connect Fittings – includes provision for a Flex Fuel sensor Stock HPFP with AN6 Quick Connect Fittings – includes provision for a Flex Fuel sensor Ecotune HPFP (Straight Fitting Only) – no Flex Fuel sensor in the car Stock HPFP (Straight Fitting Only) – no Flex Fuel sensor in the car The AN6 quick-connect options feature a join over the inlet manifold where a Flex Fuel sensor can be fitted later, allowing you to run E85 or ethanol blends if desired. The straight fitting options are intended for vehicles that will not be running a Flex Fuel sensor. Engine Bay Coverage This product replaces the engine bay fuel lines running from the Low Pressure Fuel Pump to the High Pressure Pump. Installation is straightforward and works with original location LPFP setups, including upgraded HPFP internals when paired with the stock pump option. Flex Fuel Note This listing does not include a Flex Fuel kit. The AN6 versions only include the fittings required to accommodate a Flex Fuel sensor.
