Firestorm Damascus Eland Hunter with Camel Thorn Wood Handle

Description Eland Hunter was designed by knifemaker Robbie Ferreira. It is a drop point hunting knife that features a beautiful firestorm Damascus blade and a camel thorn wood handle. The total length of the knife is 25.5cm (10″). The hollow ground blade is made of firestorm Damascus steel tempered to 58-60 HRC. The steel is first heated to 1175 degrees Celsius and then rapidly cooled (quenched) in oil. The length of the blade is 13cm (5″) which makes it perfect for big game hunting. The handle is made of camel thorn wood. The wood is attached to the tang with epoxy and brass pins. The bolster is also made of brass. The sheath is made of dyed natural leather and can be attached to a belt.
